Most students are under a large amount of stress every day. Stress can affect their mental health, sleep patterns, happiness, diet, grades and more. Some students even fall into depression because of it. In part due to the pandemic, stress levels have recently increased and we need to learn how to cope with it.
To begin with, consistent exercise is the key. It helps you to refresh your mind and gradually your body and mind will feel better. There are several types of exercise that can help you, for example, walking, cycling, cardio, yoga, skating and skiing. I simply feel that exercise has a positive impact on my mental health as it reduces the effects of depression, stress and anxiety.

Furthermore, you need to ensure you have the right amount of sleep. If you do not sleep enough, you are less productive, inattentive and sleepy. In my opinion, everyone should sleep at least 8 hours a night.
Moreover, keep your studying area and extra-curricular activities organised. Your studying area should be              minimalistic, free of distraction and clutter. Besides, a planner allows you to schedule each appointment, event and task, so that you know what to expect and do not run out of time.

All in all, getting rid of stress is impossible but learning how to cope with it in a beneficial way can help you to get rid of some negative consequences. I personally believe that positivity can also bring better health and even better grades.
